The Gift estate wine comes from its own vineyard in Monterey County,California,on the GoldCoast in California.Monterey County is known as a wine region for a longer growing season.Grapes are picked once a year - in some warmer areas, the harvest is usually from July toSeptember, but in Monterey, we harvest from September to early November, which gives ourgrapes more time to hang.The extra time on the vine increases the flavor, deeper color andvariety characteristics of the fruit.
